Q: Do you require a reservation fee?

A: Yes, a reservation fee is required to reserve the booking date. Once you make a reservation, you will be required to pay the $100 non refundable fee to secure the event date. PHOTO BOOTH - minimum of $250 non refundable fee to secure the event date.

Q: Is the deposit or paid amount refundable?

A: Deposits are NOT refundable. If there is inclement weather or if you need to cancel, you will be required to reschedule the rental for another date or forfeit the deposit. If you have paid the full balance, you will receive a refund for the amount remaining after deducting the deposit.

Q: How do we pay the remainder of the balance due?

A: The remainder of the balance will be due any time prior to or at delivery. PHOTO BOOTH - payment is due 7 days prior to event date. We will send a reminder email/text message about payment.

Q: What weather do we not setup in?

A: Heavy rain, thunderstorm/lighting, temperatures below 32 degrees, or winds exceeding 25MPH.

Q: How long does the water hose and/or extension cord need to be?

A: We will provide a 100ft water hose and a 100ft extension cord.

Q: When will you arrive?

A: We will arrive 1-4 hours before your booking time depending on our schedule for that day. PHOTO BOOTH - at least a hour before. We will check with you and make sure setup does not interfere with event plans.

Q: What does the price include?

A: 5 hour rental time, delivery, setup, a clean and sanitized bounce house, take down, and all accessories. PHOTO BOOTH - customized template, props, background, and booth attendant.
